Renovation of our Grenoble offices

Since moving into our Haussmann-style offices on avenue Alsace Lorraine in 2009, we have adapted our workspace to accommodate our growing teams. This year, we invested in a complete office refurbishment to create a workspace that better reflects our evolving company values and vision

Our primary objectives were to maintain easy access to our offices, given their prime location near the train station, while creating a dynamic and pleasant environment for our employees. Grenoble’s city centre further enhances this with its variety of restaurants, sports facilities, and other amenities.

This ambitious project considered several key criteria:

  • Growth Strategy: planning for the next five years.
  • Team Comfort: prioritising ergonomical furniture, individual workspaces, temperature monitoring, and expanded lounge areas.
  • Work Practice Evolution: accommodating remote work, flexible office organisation, and increased interaction with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Commitments: minimising the environmental impact.

To ensure a successful project, we adopted a collaborative approach by, forming a project team that included employees from various department, the HR team, and Happy Monday, a company specialising in workspace design.

To reduce the environmental impact, we prioritised sustainable furniture purchases through our partnership with Scop3. As a result, 25% of the bought furniture was reconditioned, 60% of the old furniture was donated to charities, and 16% was recovered by our employees.

After several months of work, we are delighted to unveil our new premises:

  • A new refectory, four times larger than before (see the picture)
  • Two new meeting rooms
  • A coworking space
  • Three phone booths, installed by local company: Work With Island
  • Four open-plan workspaces (see the picture)
  • Air conditioning in all rooms

To minimise the impact on our employees, work started in July which is the peak vacation season and ended by October 2024.We celebrated this transformation with a ribbon-cutting event on November 19, attended by our employees and special guests (see the picture).

As they say, a picture paints a thousand words. Here's a glimpse of the results.
