Intervention of Bertrand Château, President of Enerdata, on the results of the quantification of the 4 new energy scenario of the WEC at 2050


Roma, November 14th, 2007 – 4 PM, Poster Session Stand

Enerdata has been assigned to quantify the 4 new 2050 energy scenario of the WEC for the world. Based on the POLES model, Enerdata worked closely with all the Regional Groups of the WEC scenario study.

Bertrand Château, founder and president of Enerdata, will present the synthesis report and the main results of this quantification Wednesday 14 November, 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm at the poster session stand. Bertrand will be available every other day on this stand from 4.30 pm to 5.00 pm to further exchange over this study.

Brian Statham, the Head of the Scenario Studies, and the regional group leaders, will officially present the study results at the WEC session on the Energy Scenarios, on Thursday November 15th, 9.00 am -10.30 am.

Bruno Lapillonne, Director of Enerdata, will also participate in the presentation of the results of the study « Energy Efficiency : Great Expectations », co-ordinated by Enerdata in partnership with ADEME. This WEC session is planned on Wednesday 14 November, 9.00 am -10.30 am.
