Bison Energy has announced the completion of the sale of its Australia and New Zealand renewable portfolio to I Squared Capital, as part of its capital rotation strategy. The portfolio comprises 2 GW of scalable pipeline of solar, battery energy storage system (BESS), and hybrid renewable energy projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Bison Energy and I Squared Capital had already collaborated earlier in Japan and seek to further deepen their strategic relationship and Bison Energy's position as a repeatable platform builder for global infrastructure investors.
