Sungrow & ENEVO Group sign 1 GWh energy storage agreement in Romania

The Romanian energy solution group ENEVO Group has signed an agreement with the Chinese PV inverter and energy storage systems (ESS) provider Sungrow, to develop 1 GWh of ESS projects in Romania. Under the terms of the agreement, partners will develop 560 MWh of storage capacity in the country, on top of the 440 MWh already commissioned earlier in 2025, raising their total storage capacity to 1 GWh. All storage projects will feature Sungrow's PowerTitan 2.0 liquid-cooled battery energy storage system (BESS).
