The government of the Philippines has granted a Pre-Development Environmental Compliance Certificate (Pre-Dev ECC) to Nexif Ratch Energy’s 500 MW San Miguel Bay wind project. The San Miguel Bay wind project received its Certificate of Energy Project of National Significance (CEPNS) from the Philippines’ Department of Energy (DOE) in December 2024, and it has been recognized as a Strategic Investment under the Green Lane Initiative of the Philippine Board of Investments (BOI).
In addition, Nexif Ratch Energy’s 475 MW Lucena wind project in Quezon Province (Northern Philippines) is also advancing towards securing its Pre-Dev ECC after being awarded a CEPNS in January 2025.
