Palisade Investment Partners, through its renewable energy platform Intera Renewables, has acquired two development-stage renewable energy projects in Australia with a combined capacity of 1.4 GW (Palisade press release, 14/09/2026).
The Monogorilby project, located about 250 km northwest of Brisbane (Queensland, Australia), includes up to 600 MW of wind capacity and a co-located 400 MW/1.6 GWh BESS. The Winton project, near Benalla (Victoria, Australia), consists of a 400 MW/1.6 GWh BESS. The projects were acquired from LP Renewable Projects (LPRP) and Celero Infrastructure, respectively, with both developers continuing to support development through to financial close.
The acquisitions are the first secured by Intera's Growth and Development team, recruited from Squadron Energy in 2024. According to Palisade, the two projects expand its wholly owned portfolio of assets in operation and under construction to more than 2.5 GW, including 2.2 GW in Australia.
