For the Duqm project, Nebras Energy has secured a 30% stake and is partnering with a consortium comprising United Water and Electricity Company (30%), Korean Western Power Company (KOWEPO), a South Korean state-owned power generation company (35%), and Bahwan Infrastructure Services Company (5%).

Construction of both power plants is scheduled to commence later in January 2026. Initial commercial operations are expected to begin in April 2028, with full commercial operations anticipated by April 2029.
