Climate Chance has published the Global Synthesis Report on Climate Action, release 2023, written by the Global Observatory of Climate Action, in partnership with Enerdata. This unique publication provides a comprehensive overview of the progress made in climate action by non-state actors. The data used in this report are mainly extracted from Global Energy and CO2 data.
