Sun, team spirit and good vibes: our internal seminar in Marseille

At the end of the summer, the Enerdata teams from Grenoble, Paris, and Singapore reunited for a two-day seminar in sun-drenched, friendly Marseille.

Our goal? To strengthen our bonds, reflect on the future together, and, above all, recharge in a festive atmosphere.

Enerdata staff

The journey began with a very early bus trip. We were welcomed by an introduction from our President, Pascal Charriau. He took the time to reflect on our achievements over the past five years since the launch of EnerVision (our company project to define Enerdata’s values and mission), while inviting us to think about the next steps we need to take to grow our impact.

The afternoon was full of excitement with a "Koh-Lanta" activity on the famous Prado beach. The staff, split into six teams, competed in agility, speed, observation, and cooperation challenges. A huge well done to the winning team for their adventurous spirit!

Enerdata seminar activities

After a quick, refreshing swim, we got ready for a memorable evening.

Friday kicked off with an open forum on the theme of "How to sustain and accelerate our development to have more impact". This was a great opportunity for everyone to propose and lead discussions on matters that were important to them. A total of 14 subjects were covered, generating promising ideas for Enerdata's future.

The afternoon was highlighted by an exceptional meeting with Ophélie David, a ski-cross champion with multiple international and national medals. She shared her experiences and insights with our team on various subjects, including:

  • Finding purpose in your actions.
  • Learning to manage both highs and lows.
  • Daring to step out of your comfort zone.
  • Avoiding the traps of wanting perfection.

Throughout the seminar, our amazing events team spiced up every moment with fun games, allowing us to learn a little more about our colleagues and see them in a new light!

The seminar was a great success, brilliantly blending work, collaboration, and relaxation. A huge kudo and thank you to the organising teams for managing the logistics (for 61 employees!), the workshops, activities, and games that created such a wonderful atmosphere for everyone.
