Enerdata is involved at every step in managing powerful and up-to-date databases:
Identification of clients needs: we assess client's data needs and usages and set up a detailed TOR including content aspects, technical capabilities, and project management.
Technical aspects: we design the most effective database architecture, upload and extraction process, and user access interface (CD-Rom, internet, intranet)
Development: we develop the database and interface according to the detailed TOR
Maintenance: we can manage the data updates and ensure that the databases is fully operational
Evolution: we analyse the data and the evolution of processes requirements, and make the necessary updates to the database regularly.
Databases managed
Enerdata®: proprietay database of the global energy market
covering all energies and all countries.
CO2-energy emissions module: development and maintenance of a database on greenhouse gases including all statistics necessary to build the GHG inventories according to the UNFCCC methodology, for all countries in the world, a proprietary database of Enerdata.
ODYSSEE: detailed statistics on energy consumption and energy efficiency indicators for the EU countries, a database of the European Commission and the network of EU energy efficiency agencies, managed by Enerdata.
DATAMED: very detailed statistics on energy consumption and energy efficiency indicators for France, a database of ADEME managed by Enerdata.

Enerdata worked for the project related with Energy Efficiency Savings potentials calculation as well as the detailed final project report based on a scenario approach which underlies the calculations. Database provides harmonised energy savings potentials for each Europe Member State. It also indicates the main drivers used to estimate these potentials and present the trends in some energy efficiency indicators that are associated to the different potentials.
